The next CASOMB meeting is scheduled for September 19 in Sacramento. Additional information regarding that meeting is available at www.casomb.org.
Some very positive (good) changes. […] I hope all those things CASOMB will recommend soon to get people off the registry will be done so by the legislature, and more.
Thank you. I’d love to know more about the reasons for petition denials.
Petition denied number does not add up. Should be”+3″
#basedonrisk Still not enough we need to focus on passing a path way off tier Three if we are unable to find relief for all 261 pc subsections and 220 pc likewise we need to confront this pathway off the registry with a vengeance ! Justice Roberts needs to correct his mistake on Smith vs. Doe if not for that dumb ass decision a lot of people including me wouldn’t be on this hit list called Maegan’s law.
